Who you work with

Studio Galland is the video editing service of Galland Ventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. Jeremy Galland does the work. In these terms, "I" means Galland Ventures LLC and "you" means the client.

Quotes and prices

Prices on this site are in US dollars or euros, and exclude any taxes that apply. The quote page shows the price for what you choose.

Above 40 ads or 20 clips a month, the price shown is an estimate. We confirm the exact price on a short call, and nothing is due before then.

A quote stays valid for 30 days.

Payment

• One-off orders under $150 or €135 are paid in full before I start.
• Larger one-off orders: half to start, the rest before you receive the final files.
• Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month.

You can pay by card through Stripe, or by invoice.

What you send me

Your footage, a reference video you like, and any logos, fonts or music you want used. Filming is not included.

You confirm you have the right to use everything you send, in the videos you order. Delivery times start once I have your brief and your footage.

Delivery and revisions

Each package states its delivery time and how many revision rounds are included. Rush delivery shortens the time, for an extra fee.

Send all the changes for a round in one list. Changing the music after the first version counts as a revision. Changes beyond the brief, such as a new script or new footage, are new work, and I quote them first.

Monthly plans

Plans run month to month. Stop before the next month begins and nothing more is charged.

A 3 or 6 month commitment gets 5% or 10% off. If you stop a commitment early, the discount no longer applies to the months already used.

Each month's videos are for that month and don't carry over.

Who owns the videos

Once you have paid in full, the final videos are yours to use anywhere, including in paid ads, for as long as you like. Source project files are included only where the package says so, or as an extra.

If I add music or stock footage, I use sources licensed for commercial use, and their licence terms apply.

I may show finished work in my portfolio. If you would rather I did not, say so in your brief or by email.

How I work

I use my own tools for repetitive work, and I check every video myself before it reaches you.

Your footage, unreleased products and business details stay private, and I use them only for your project.

Responsibility

I do my best work, but I can't promise results such as sales or views. My total responsibility for a project is limited to what you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law as a consumer.

Refunds

When you can get your money back is set out in the refund policy.

Changes and law

I may update these terms. The version on this site when you order applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. That does not take away protections consumers have under the laws of their own country.
